Doorstep Property Management Service has been operating in Plymstock since 1993 & so our knowledge of the local market is unrivalled. Although we concentrate the core of our business on Plymstock & its surrounding area’s, we do also have properties throughout the Plymouth area. We currently manage over 200 properties, specialising in all types of property ranging from studio flats to 5+ bedroom houses.

We pride ourselves on being a small & thoroughly professional family run business, experienced & well grounded in providing our clients with a friendly & comprehensive service. We work to the ethos that we look after our clients properties as we would our own & with our input & guidance, look to our Landlords to keep their properties in a good state of repair & order.

This does involve some money going out, a well as regular rental income coming in, but we have found from experience that it makes for a long & amicable relationship with our tenants.
